In no event shall okayplay's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okayplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude okayplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
okayplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okayplay reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your okayplay account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
